Activities on the resort

    • For skiers:

For Skiers

The La Rosière – Espace San Bernardo ski area stretches across 160 km of slopes between France and Italy, offering a truly unique cross-border experience. Ski through forested runs, enjoy wide and quiet slopes, or explore gentle off-piste sections — there’s terrain for every style and every level.

Families will love the fun zones for children, with safe play areas hidden in the forest and beginner-friendly boardercross tracks that make learning to ski or snowboard exciting and playful.

For those seeking new sensations, ski touring is now accessible thanks to three permanent marked trails, allowing you to try this trendy discipline safely and at your own pace. Whether you’re a beginner or looking for a physical challenge, touring on quiet slopes surrounded by stunning mountain views is an unforgettable experience.

    • For non-skiers and pedestrians:

Not skiing? No problem — there are plenty of ways to enjoy the snow in La Rosière.

Snowshoeing is accessible to everyone, and local mountain guides organize outings for all levels, from gentle scenic walks to more athletic adventures. Step off the beaten track, discover hidden corners of the Alps, and learn fascinating local stories along the way.

A must-try for families: the Little Trapper’s Trail, a playful route through the forest where kids can learn to walk with snowshoes while having fun — perfect for all ages!

    • Pedestrian trails:

For those who prefer to take it slow, La Rosière offers a network of pedestrian trails ideal for fresh air and contemplation.
Walk along the Route du Col, closed to cars in winter, and watch the skiers glide by. Take the Fort chairlift to admire the panoramic views over the valley, or hop on the Roches Noires and Les Eucherts lifts to reach the summits.

Don’t miss the new skywalk bridge, suspended over the void, offering a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc — the perfect photo spot!

The illuminated forest path linking Les Eucherts to La Rosière, open all night long, is another magical experience — a serene walk under the stars surrounded by snow-covered pines.

Sledding / paret / snake sliding at nightfall: giggles guaranteed!

And after skiing? 4 seasons sledging, bowling, cinema, ice rink from shoe size 25, bars and restaurants welcome you for your evenings! You will find this information on the website of la Rosière.
